We played to our strengths...action! -The lightsaber hilts were made from sink faucets. Go to the plumbing section of any hardware store and see what they have, then get creative. PVC pipe should fit perfectly, though you may need to tape around the base so it fits snug and doesn't fly out and hit your friend in the face.
